Vivora

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

This policy explains what data the Vivora project ("we", "us") collects when you use the vivora.dev website and the Vivora Pro account/service, and how we handle it. We collect as little as possible.

1. Data we collect

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number or banking details.

3. Your sessions and connections

Vivora remote-desktop sessions are peer-to-peer by default and end-to-end encrypted (Noise IK). Our rendezvous server only helps two peers find each other (NAT hole-punching), and the relay only forwards already-encrypted packets when a direct connection isn't possible. We do not and cannot see, record, or store the contents of your screen, audio, input, or files. The desktop client contains no telemetry or analytics.

4. Website and cookies

The website is served by Cloudflare Pages. We do not run our own analytics or advertising trackers. The Paddle checkout may set cookies necessary to process your purchase, governed by Paddle's policy.

5. Service providers

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your account data, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (billing records are held by Paddle per its policy).

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@vivora.dev.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
