This policy applies to the Vivora Pro subscription. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Vivora Pro is billed at US$9.90 per user, per month, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. After cancellation your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling part-way through a period does not generate a refund for the remaining days.
Because you can cancel at any time and the client is free and open source to evaluate before buying, we do not offer voluntary refunds for partial or unused subscription periods.
Nothing in this policy affects refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such a refund is legally required, it will be honored and processed through Paddle. Note that, where permitted by law, statutory withdrawal ("cooling-off") rights for digital services may not apply once the service has begun and you have agreed to that.
